Dr. Christina Abellon received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in Boston University and her Bachelors Degree in PT from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She is a Certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner for Rehabilitation and APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor. For the past 19 years, she has been living her purpose - to help people live a pain free life thru movement and exercise. Her other passions are discovering the beauty in the world with her family, reading and gardening.
Rosalie Navarro - MPT
Rosalie Navarro received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2003 from Western University of Health Sciences. Prior to that she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Rosalie finds her career rewarding in helping people recover and believes the best part is giving her patients hope in being able to return to their activities. As a mother of 3 boys, she definitely keeps busy and active. Rosalie always looks forward to spending time with her husband and kids and also enjoys catching up with her huge family and close friends. She likes sushi, she's a morning coffee drinker, collects recipes, and hopes to travel the world again someday.

Lauren Foronda - OTR/L
Lauren Foronda, OTR/L received her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA in 2017. She has had experience working with various neurological and orthopedic conditions, as well as with the geriatric population. She enjoys dancing, hiking, and traveling. Lauren looks forward to putting the fun in functional and helping patients improve so they may return to performing and enjoying the activities that are meaningful and important to them!
Adri-Ann Smuts - PTA
Adri-Ann has been a physical therapist assistant since 2015, working in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She graduated from Loma Linda University in 2014 with an A.S. Physical Therapist Assistant, and earned her PTA license in 2015. Adri-Ann is also a certified Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates. In her free time, Adri-Ann enjoys reading, taking walks, and spending time with her husband.
Chris is our lead PT aide at Central Care Physical Therapy. Chris graduated from Azusa Pacific University and has a background in art and graphic design. Being a personal trainer lead him to decide to strive to become a Physical Therapist. You can see Chris around the clinic not only helping patients with their exercises, but making them laugh and have fun while they're here!
Meet one of our PT aides Kayley A. Kayley is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology at Cal Poly Pomona. She hopes to one day become an Occupational Therapist and help people reach their fullest potential both physically and mentally. She enjoys meeting new people, trying various boba places, playing video games, and dancing.
Marlene Hernandez is our office manager at Central Care Physical Therapy. She has 10+ year experience managing medical offices and loves to help others, and enjoys meeting people. She always wants to make sure you succeed in your PT/OT program by giving you reminders about keeping your appointments. She loves to watch movies with her family, sushi and pizza.
She is our Patient Representative and she is here to help you. You may catch her around town in a physicians office near you, spreading the good word on our practice here in Chino. If you see her say "Hi", she'll be glad you did! When she is not in the office, she loves to shop for anything and everything, and loves to travel with her family.
